Vote For Americana Rock Mix on the 2011 Podcast Awards

Well, we made it through the nomination process. You guys are the best. I know that I had to get A LOT of nominations in order to make it onto the list, so thank you VERY much.

Now it is time for the real voting to begin. Go to PodcastAwards.com and select “Americana Rock Mix" in the "Podsafe Music" category. The selections are listed alphabetically, so I’m listed first.

YOU CAN VOTE ONCE A DAY FOR THE ENTIRE 15 DAY VOTING PERIOD (Oct 12 - Oct 27).
The more you go back, the better the chance that I have of winning this. So hopefully I can get 15 votes from each of you guys & gals.

After voting, SOME E-MAILS WILL BE CHOSEN RANDOMLY TO BE VERIFIED, just to make sure nobody is using bots to cheat. So, sometime before midnight check your e-mail.

My biggest competition for the past couple of years ISN’T EVEN LISTED, so this is a great sign!

If I win this, I’m going to send out an exclusive episode for those who show support, and some free music as well.

Of course, feel free to vote in the other categories as well. There’s some great shows nominated in all of the other lists, so hopefully you’ll find something new to listen to as well.

IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, COMMENTS, ETC. feel free to post them here, or you can e-mail me at AmericanaRockMix@gmail.com

Thank you SO MUCH, my friends.

-Von

Bare Bones-Bare Bones

Artist: Bare Bones

Album: Bare Bones

Release Date: September 13, 2011

Submitted by: Rusty Hogan

Denver, Colorado based Bare Bones return with their sophomore E.P. simply titled Bare Bones.  Transporting the listener to a different time and place, Bare Bones is full of haunting, airy and chilling melodies, heart piercing fiddle and simple yet beautiful arrangements as well as solid musicianship. Standout tracks Doves and Crows and Last Dance will fill your mind with imagery of ghosts of long dead friends and family. But don’t worry; even with an overall darker theme, Bare Bones will leaves you left with a peaceful, quiet feeling.
